Vincomm SoftPhone was designed for work on computer connected to Internet. It allows all Vincomm SoftPhone subscribers to make calls within the network free of charge, and to make calls on mobile and fixed phones according to the rates.
For work with Vincomm SoftPhone it is necessary:
1. to download the program SoftPhone Vincomm 3.2.2 (3410Кb) SoftPhone Vincomm 3.2.9 (4597Кб)
2. to install it and start
3. to choose “Get a new account” (in the right down corner) and follow the necessary instructions. After that you’ll get a message on your e-mail with a telephone number (13 figures) and password (6 figures)
4. In the program settings specify the server address 2 - 93.178.232.162
5. There is 0.00 USD on the balance, but it is enough to make calls within Vincomm network. For making calls on fixed and mobile phones it is necessary to update the account with the help of update account codes (). For checking your calls statistics and updating your account enter
6. Rules of number dialing in Vincomm network:
011 + country code + city/mobile operator code + phone number.
Exception, for the USA and Canada:
1 + city/mobile operator code + phone number.
In the network subscriber’s number is dialed only.
For example:
011+7+495 + ******** = Russia, Moscow.
1+212 + ******** = the USA, New York.
3700000 or 4563700000000 = call in Vincomm network.
