Many problems can be solved without any assistance. Here is the list of the most frequently asked questions and answers that can help you to use our equipment without any difficulties.
1. How should I dial a phone number of a telephone subscriber correctly?
If you want to make a call to the USA or Canada, dial 1, then a city code, a number of a telephone subscriber and press # to complete dialing.
If you want to call to any other country including Russia and Ukraine, you must dial 011 instead of 1, then a country or region code, a city code and telephone subscriber's number.
2. What is the lowest Internet connection speed for normal work of Vincomm?
For normal work of the device the internet speed should be not less than 28 kb/s. Vincomm can work at a lower connection speed, but considerable temporal delays and package loss are possible.
3. How can I learn about my account status?
In order to check your account you must go to the section "My Account”, there you'll be able to charge your account by a scratch-card, look through the history of calls, find out the information about your pre-paid time.
4. Why does the program ask to check the server address after installing software, although I know it has been registered correctly?

5. Why does after entering a user's name and password the program says that such an account is being already used?
There can be two possible causes of this problem:
- Somebody has somehow found out your account's data. That's why we strongly recommend you not to impart these data to other persons.
- You have recently used the telephone, and less that 3 minutes passed before your next authorization.
For normal authorization, please, wait for several minutes and try again.
