Vincomm is the national operator of international communication with use of IP-telephony technology. Our license is АВ № 120409 from 16.10.2006. Vincomm is the registered trade mark.
We provide services of calling abroad using low rates.
Calls on fixed phones across Ukraine cost 0,50 hrn. and on mobile phones - 0,85 - 0,90 hrn. (with VAT), that will allow to save up to 24 % on long distance calls and up to 29 % on mobile.
There is also an opportunity to send fax messages.
Calls between Vincomm subscribers (within Vincomm network) are free.

Tariffication is per second, the prices are specified in US dollars per minute of conversation (with VAT).
Connection is free; there is no connection fee and subscriber fee.
For connection to Vincomm network personal computer or local computer network with connection to Internet is necessary.
It is possible for private persons and organizations, at home or in the office to use services of communication:
1. Any quantity of copies of Vincomm SoftPhone program is installed from our website free. For work microphone and "headphones" or speakers are necessary. Detailed instruction.
2. Computer USB-phones Vincomm 3000 or 3100 cost from 150 to 250 hrn. They use Vincomm SoftPhone as the software.
3. Ethernet-phones Vincomm 3300 or telephones produced by other manufacturers cost from 350 to 500 hrn. They are connected to the local computer network, and separate computer is not necessary for work.
4. Ethernet-adapters Vincomm 3200 or adapters produced by other manufacturers, for example, D-Link cost from 290 to 1100 hrn. They are connected to external lines of office mini telephone exchange, and give the opportunity to call abroad from internal office phones. There are models on 1, 2, 4 simultaneous lines.
5. There are Teles VoIP-gateways on 4, 8, 16 and more lines of IP-telephony. It is the decision for large companies. There are models with integrated GSM-gateways. Additional information on GSM-gateways TELES.
Updating of the account is for cash and clearing settlement, by means of bank payment cards, WebMoney, UkrMoney, etc.
You can buy Recharge cards or Electronic vouchers (containing codes of updating) in dealer network Vincomm.
As a set with phones there is starting package with 3 c.u. on the account, number and password for access on the website of statistics and updating of the account.
Rules of number dialing in Vincomm network:
011 + country code + city/mobile operator code + phone number.
Exception, for the Ukraine, USA and Canada:
1 + city/mobile operator code + phone number.
In the network subscriber’s number is dialed only.
For example:
011+7+495 + ******** = Russia, Moscow.
38+044 + ******* = Ukraine, Kiev.
38+067 + ******* = Ukraine, mobile number.
1+212 + ******** = the USA, New York.
3700000 or 4563700000000 = call in Vincomm network.
When using a telephone set, dial # at the end – this will speed up the connection.

SIP protocol of IP-telephony is used; consumption of Internet-traffic is 1Мb for 5 minutes of conversation.
It is possible to be connected to Vincomm network with the help of some mobile phones and communicators, having Internet connection.
