You have to send the following information to e-mail: info@ukrvincom.net

1. Telephone number 672****.
2. Password.
3. Model of your telephone set Vincomm: 3000, 3100, 3200 or 3300.
4. Model is indicated on the back side of the box, e.g. KU1000, KE2000A etc.
5. It is preferably to include also full name and contact mobile or fixed phone number.

   New phone number beginning with 370**** and password will be sent to your e-mail and all money from the old account will be transferred to the new one.

  Instructions:

Vincomm 3000 white (USB)
1. Download new software Vincomm SoftPhone (4597Кb) – download.
2. Start the received file and install the program on your computer.
3. Enter new phone number and password received to your e-mail, in the field name enter the new number. The program is ready for operating.
Unfortunately, Vincomm 3000 (white) phone sets do not completely operate with the new program, that’s why the number has to be dialed not on the set, but on the screen with the help of the mouse.

Vincomm 3100 (USB) and  3000 black (USB)
1. Download new software Vincomm SoftPhone (4597Kb) – download.
2. Start the received file and install the program on your computer.
3. Enter new phone number and password received to your e-mail, in the field name enter the new. The program is ready for operating.

Vincomm 3200 and  3300 (Ethernet)
1. Special program file and instructions for reprogramming will be sent to your e-mail.
